The NBU-0808 discharge circuit is designed for simplification of solid-state laser systems development. The module forms quasi-rectangular pulses on a flashlamp using energy stored in external capacitors bank and provides simmer current during the interval between pulses. By default, NBU-0808 includes capabilities both for serial and external triggering. The flashlamp operating frequency and pulse duration is to be varied by +5 V TTL signal from an external control device to the respective pin. The NBU-0808 discharge circuit is a bit simplified and less power module than NBU-1012, but it has more attractive price. The module includes IGBT, its driver, protective circuits, simmer and trigger circuits and controls. It also contains a fan for active cooling. The module doesn’t have any embedded discharge resistors, although includes all the necessary circuits to control them. Discharge resistor assemblies of different size and resistance can be purchased as accessories by us.

PDD-1600 is probably the most powerful 1600W pulsed laser diode driver module in the aesthetic world. It provides fast-switching, low-noise, accurate and efficient current for laser diodes. PDD-1600 was developed, first of all, for medical aesthetic treatments, namely, for hair removal, but also have found applications in other medical systems. By default, the driver has averaged output power up to 1600 W and maximum peak output power up to 10 kW (depending on user defined Imax and Vmax), runs on common 100‑240 V AC, 50/60 Hz, so you don’t need extra power supply for the driver. There is a modification available with averaged output power over 2000 W with 200-240 V AC input. Less powerful series are PDD-300 and PDD-1000.

Its maximum output power is 4000 W, so it is the best one for use in laser systems of high power like Long pulse Nd:YAG, Long pulse Alexandrite, 40-80 W Ho:YAG. The module is suitable to operate in parallel.

RFGM-series are medium power RF generator modules providing at its output high voltage of the radio-frequency range. They were designed as a part of RF power delivery system for aestetic medicine and for vacuum plasma applications. Please note, such module is not a stand-alone solution and for proper operation it needs external sources of HV DC (for ex. PCA-series capacitor charger) and low voltage 24 V DC of appropriate powers.
